Mr. Heinrich Brim, born in 1952, has decades of experience in the real estate industry. After several professional positions, he began his career as a licensed real estate trustee and broker, early on developing a deep understanding of market dynamics, property valuation, and the individual needs of his clients.

Subsequently, Mr. Brim joined the Raiffeisen Group, where he worked for many years in the sale and valuation of residential investment properties (“Zinshäuser”). During this period, he further expanded his expertise, particularly in the investment and income-producing real estate sector, and gained valuable experience in handling complex property projects as well as working with institutional and private investors.

In 2011, Mr. Brim consciously decided to take the step into self-employment. He is the founder and Managing Director of Topcall Immobilientreuhand GmbH and has since been successfully operating as a real estate trustee. His extensive experience, profound market knowledge, and personal commitment continue to shape the company’s values, working philosophy, and professional orientation to this day.
